How we run installations
Every Ecoaim install is signed off by an in-house Ecoaim engineer. Our core engineering, sales and customer-service team is directly employed in Livingston. For specialist roles — scaffolding, particular roofing trades, certain electrical second-fix tasks — we use vetted trade partners who work to our MCS-certified specification. Every partner is audited against the same workmanship checklist before commissioning, and the warranty + customer accountability sits with Ecoaim, regardless of who is on the roof. No anonymous subcontractor roulette — every face on site is on our approved register, and our quality-control engineer reviews the finished job before sign-off.
