Who qualifies for ECO4? +

Households on income-related benefits (Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income Support, ESA, JSA) or via the LA Flex local authority referral route for low-income but not benefits-claiming households.

What does ECO4 fund? +

Insulation (loft, cavity, solid wall, room-in-roof), ASHP, solar PV in some packages, and ancillary works. The exact mix depends on EPC rating and householder profile.

How do I apply for ECO4? +

Through an approved installer like Ecoaim — we run the eligibility check and submit the funder application. Direct customer applications are not generally possible.

When does ECO4 end? +

ECO4 runs to March 2026. The successor scheme (ECO5) is in consultation. We confirm scheme rules at quote.

Is ECO4 really 100% funded? +
