Is there a cap on referrals? +
No. Refer 10 friends, get £1,000. Refer 100, get £10,000. We genuinely depend on word-of-mouth — it is our biggest single lead source.
When do I get paid? +
Within 14 days of the install completing and the customer settling their final invoice. Bank transfer or charity donation — your choice.
What counts as a successful referral? +
Any complete install (solar, battery, EV charger or heat pump) ≥£3,000 where the customer named you when they enquired. We track this in our CRM.
Can businesses join the programme? +
Yes — accountants, mortgage advisors, energy assessors, estate agents and architects routinely refer multiple jobs. Larger uplift available on volume; talk to us.
Can I donate my referral fee to charity? +
Absolutely. We donate to any UK-registered charity of your choice. Tax receipt provided.
What if my friend has already had a quote from Ecoaim? +
They are still eligible provided they have not yet signed a contract with us. Existing customers can also refer.
