32-bed nursing home with significant 24/7 electrical loads — oxygen concentrators, hoists, heating circulation pumps, kitchen, laundry. EPS-backup capability was non-negotiable; a power cut could be a clinical-safety event.

Sigenergy SigenStor 30kWh chosen specifically for its EPS backup. Battery wired to a critical-circuits sub-board covering medical equipment, nurse-call, emergency lighting, fridge/freezer.

December 2025: a 4-hour SP Energy Networks fault — the home ran seamlessly on battery the entire time.
