The project
Modern fit-out office in Buchanan Street. The combination of staff EV switching, ESG commitments, and a flat roof with planning permission made this an ideal combination project.
We delivered solar PV, BESS and four 22kW workplace chargers as a single phase project. WCS application secured £1,400 of the £8,500 charger cost. Load-balancing across the four chargers prevents peak-clash with HVAC loads.
